What is Neuronarrative?
A social media platform where we take true stories from neurodivergent people and transform them into short-form animated videos that are fun, engaging, and easy to understand. Through these stories, we are building a supportive digital space where kids can hear, share, and see themselves represented, helping them feel understood, connected, and empowered.

The Idea
As neurodivergent kids ourselves, we understand how easily differences can be seen as weaknesses rather than strengths. We wanted to create something that would help neurodivergent kids, especially those ages 5–14, recognize and embrace their potential. That’s how we came up with Neuronarrative: a platform where kids can see people like themselves succeeding in the world and begin to imagine what they can achieve, too.

My Role
My roles in Neuronarrative were primarily team coordination, project organization, and public presentation. I helped keep our team organized by delegating tasks, making sure everyone had clear responsibilities, and following up to ensure that our work continued moving forward. I also contributed to the content and design of several presentation slides, the stories we published, and other creative choices we made. One of my most significant responsibilities was representing Neuronarrative as a presenter. I presented our project as part of our application to the Stanford Neurodiversity Summit, and after being accepted, I also represented our team at the Summit itself, presenting Neuronarrative and sharing our work with a broader community interested in neurodiversity.
Stanford Neurodiversity Summit
The Stanford Neurodiversity Summit is an annual hybrid conference organized by the Stanford Neurodiversity Project that brings together neurodivergent individuals, employers, educators, clinicians, researchers, and families. The Summit's goal is to exchange ideas and promote strengths-based approaches. In September of 2025, Nueronarrative had the honor of presenting our project at the Summit, where the theme was "Leveraging Neurodivergent Strengths to Create a Better Future Together."
